I sometimes don’t realise how many years have gone by until I look in the mirror. My mirror tells me how careless I have I been with myself. Being a full time mum of six and having a husband who is always travelling places, I often forgot all about self care. The doctor also suggested some chemical peels to be given to me after the face lift was performed. Chemical peels are a body treatment technique used to improve and smooth the texture of the facial skin using a chemical solution that causes the dead skin to slough off and eventually peel off.

I decided to get the face lift, breast reduction surgery and tummy tuck surgery at the same time. Chemical Peels would follow after all the cosmetic surgery is completed. My husband was being nice enough to cover the cosmetic surgery costs. In hindsight, to pay for the cosmetic surgery costs was his way of making up for all the time he had not been around. The cosmetic surgery costs charged by the doctor for the face lift, chemical peels, breast reduction surgery and tummy tuck surgery were well within my budget. I took the earliest appointment for the surgery.
